Global Engineering Days is a weeklong, bi-annual event that gives employees time to innovate, like a hackathon — over 7,500 participants across 13 global sites. I lead the event's creative. This time, we ditched Intuit's usual sleek, blue-gradient look for something bold: oversized, color-blocked type across walls, screens, and swag. This text-based system was built to hold every kind of technologist under one banner — literally, a WELCOME BUILDERS sign the size of a building.
