GLOBAL ENGINEERING DAYS

Global Engineering Days — better known internally as 'GED' — is a weeklong, bi-annual event that gives employees time to innovate, like a hackathon. It's a huge, well-loved event, with over 7,500 participants across 13 global sites, an NPS score of 77, and enough patents and positive verbatims coming out of it to fill a book. This is one of my favorite expressions of GED. Out of the darkness came a lightbulb moment: memorable, funny creative that brought to life an out-there theme.
